European Trips 2011
Index page for 2011’s foreign trips, many thanks to everyone who has been involved in these as I’ve thoroughly enjoyed 2011!
January – Germany – A quick trip over New Years, five phots featuring 111/218/OBB 1116
April – Bulgaria – a ten day trip split into part 1, part 2 and 87004 tour
April – Belgium – Mercia Charters ‘Alter Ego’ tour to Luxembourg
April – Romania – a PBL interlude during our Bulgarian trip
July – Czech Republic – A full week with plenty of grumpies, goggles and sparkies and huge livery variety
July – Poland – A five day trip with a couple of Berlin phots and plenty of PKP locos
August – Belgium for a weekday in Brussels and a weekend of preserved diesels at Bocq and Eeklo
August – Slovenia a long weekend sampling SZ plus a 2062 from Pula to and a morning in Graz
October – Bulgaria split into an 87 gallery from Pirdop and 006 on PTG duty and a page of BDZ stuff
December – Germany a week on the bash
